Internal Auditing Assistance:Sometimes it is hard for an organization to perform their own internal audits. It may be because of the organization's size. Maybe the organization is too busy. Or perhaps there are some political issues that the organization just doesn't want to deal with at the moment. You might even want someone who can audit and consult at the same time! It really doesn't matter. Our staff can perform your internal audit for you. Process:The first audit will begin with a 1/2 day desk audit, at our location. The report on this desk audit will be given verbally during the first on-site internal audit. The desk audit will be followed by an on-site internal audit, using your internal auditing procedures (we can help you develop the procedures, if you wish). At the end of the on-site, we provide you with hand written nonconforming reports (provided we find something nonconforming) and our checklist. We take back a copy of the reports and checklists and spend another 1/2 day preparing the audit report. We will then either mail the report back to you, or deliver it by hand and formally present it. The report will include what we found (positive and negative), making referencing to the objective evidence and will also include our recommendations on how to improve the system and your operations. Subsequent audits will not normally contain the desk audit. You can use us on an emergency on-time basis, or have us perform your regularly scheduled internal auditing. We are that flexible.
